I have known Marc for 10 years or so. I have engaged with him in providing his maintenance services to regularly maintain the property in our letting business. I have always found his work to be of a high standard, which he executes diligently so the best outcome is always achieved. He is thoughtful and considerate in planning and executing the work.
I have also engaged him to provide property maintenance to our own home. Over the years, amongst other things, he has installed and refitted both of our bathrooms and cloakroom to our specification and to a high standard. Last year he also completed the laying of a new patio, construction of planters and a retaining wall, which transformed our outdoor space.
In conclusion we have been very pleased with his work and consideration in completing the work. The only requirement he has is to be provided with copious amounts of coffee!

Marc has been my builder for about 6 years now-since being taken for a ride by a few other local, 'reccomended' tradesmen! He has pretty much worked on every bit of my house and is now my 'Go to' person. I don't want to recommend him because then he'll be even more booked up than he is and my list of jobs for him is long !

After having had a number of Builders / Painters & Decorators etc in the past, all of whom proved slap dash, I found Marc! He has laid engineered wood throughout my ground floor and I absolutely love it. He was quick, clean and tidy and happy to explain when I asked daft questions! I have him painting the entire house now so whilst I highly recommend him you'll have to fight me for him!

A true expert and would highly recommend to all using Tring Properly Services and will definitely use again, Marc has completed many different jobs for us all to a high standard including two high spec bathrooms, tiled and engineered flooring, general plumbing etc etc the list goes on. extremely happy with all work over the years.

Tiling walls and floor
Marc Wheeler tiled our downstairs shower room. He disconnected all the plumbing so that there would be no ugly cut marks and blocked in the pipes and tiled them. A really beautiful professional job.
